Is a deposit required when I book?
Every car rental booking will require a security deposit but it will only be taken upon collection of the vehicle.
What additional extras are on offer?
We offers various additional services from extra insurance packages, child seats, GPS and more along with renting a car. All available extras will be listed for your convenience during the booking process and can be added on easily.
What are your office hours?
Monday-Saturday - 08:00 AM- 08:00 PM
Sunday - 08:00 AM -07:00 PM
Pick up/drop off outside office hours is available at a charge.
Where is your rental office?
We provide a meet and greet service which means that once you reach the airport ‘Arrivals’, our representative will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name. We will then take you to our office with the shuttle car (free of charge) where you can collect your rental car.
What is the rental process like?
You will make a reservation, provide necessary documents, inspect the vehicle, sign a rental agreement, and pay for the rental. Returning the car involves filling the gas tank and handing back the keys.
Can I rent a car without a credit card?
A credit card is required for prepaid reservations and to secure a pre-authorization deposit. Pre-authorization deposit conducted through a credit card is not a charge, but a hold of the quantified amount. Car rental amount can also be paid via debit card.
How long do I need to have held my driver's license to rent?
All drivers (including any additional drivers) have to be in possession of a driving license for at least 12 months to rent a car.
What is the minimum age to rent a car?
The minimum age to rent a car is 21. Drivers aged between 21-24 will be asked to pay a young driver fee.
How long does it take to receive back my preauthorization?
The preauthorization is returned to the same credit card automatically within 28 days from transaction date.
